Problem

Where time is lost

  • Enquiries do not arrive

Forms and mail never reach the CRM - leads go cold.

  • Slow approvals

Without clear ownership, the team waits on decisions.

  • Data entered twice

CRM, spreadsheets and tools are reconciled by hand.

Services

What an n8n agency solves for your business

Not every tool needs a new licence. Often a clear workflow between the systems you already use is enough - including n8n consulting, implementation and a clean handover.

  • n8n consulting and implementation

From bottleneck to running automation: we clarify scope, hosting and ownership, build the workflow and hand it over with documentation for your team.

  • Workflow automation and business processes

Recurring flows such as enquiries, approvals, sync and follow-up become traceable workflows - without your team retyping data.

  • AI-assisted processes with judgement

AI automation for businesses where classification, draft text or routing helps. No hype: rules and human approval stay where risk or responsibility require them.

  • API integration and automation for SMBs

Connect CRM, email, forms, spreadsheets and industry tools via API or webhook - lean enough for small and mid-sized businesses, stable enough for daily work.

Process

Four steps to n8n implementation

  1. 01

    Call

30 min video: bottleneck, tools and what-if.

  2. 02

    Audit

n8n consulting with a clear roadmap and effort.

  3. 03

    Setup

Build, test, document and hand over the workflow.

  4. 04

    Retainer

    Optional ops, monitoring and tweaks.

Example: a website enquiry lands in the CRM automatically, a welcome email goes out, the team gets notified. Optionally with AI classification of the enquiry - no copy-paste.

FAQ

Common questions

What does a collaboration cost?

There is no off-the-shelf flat package. Cost depends on how many systems we connect, how clear your processes already are, and whether we fix one bottleneck or build several workflows. After the situation check and a short call you get a concrete quote with scope, timeline and price. If the effort is not worth it, I say so openly.

Cloud or self-hosted - which is better?

Both are possible. Many SMBs start with n8n Cloud or an EU hoster because setup and updates are simpler. Self-hosted or your own server makes sense when privacy rules, industry requirements or IT policy demand it. In the audit we pick what fits your tools, budget and compliance - not whatever is trendy.

Where should we start?

With the process that costs time or nerves every week: enquiries that never reach the CRM, approvals without clear ownership, or data copied between systems by hand. One clear bottleneck delivers value faster than a vague “automate everything”. The situation check helps find that starting point.

Do we own the workflows and access?

Yes. Workflows, documentation and access belong to your business. You keep control of accounts, API keys and the n8n instance. At the end of a setup phase you get a short walkthrough and handover notes so your team understands the flow - even without me in day-to-day ops.

How long until the first result?

An intro call takes about 30 minutes. A lean setup for one well-scoped process often lands within a few days to a few weeks, depending on access and decision-makers. Larger work with several integrations needs more coordination. The quote states the timeline clearly.

Which tools and systems can you connect?

Typical ones are CRM, email, forms, spreadsheets, accounting, calendars and industry tools with an API or webhook. n8n connects many systems without expensive custom builds. If a tool has no usable interface, we say so early - then a manual step or a different approach may beat forced automation.

Where does AI help in n8n - and where not?

AI nodes suit draft text, classifying enquiries or summarising content. For binding prices, approvals or legally sensitive steps, rules and human control stay. In n8n consulting we clarify where AI saves time and where it creates risk.

Do I need IT skills?

No. You should know your processes and tools; I handle the technical build. Having contacts for access and approvals helps. After handover you know what the workflow does and who to ask for changes - without becoming an n8n expert yourself.

How is this different from a large agency?

You work directly with me, not through account layers. Focus is process automation for SMBs, remote across Germany - lean, transparent and without bloat. Websites or small tools only when they truly support the process. If a large agency or an internal IT team fits better, I say that too.

n8n, Zapier or Make - which fits?

Zapier and Make often suit quick, simple connections. n8n pays off when you need more control, self-host/GDPR options or more complex workflows. See the fair comparison on the n8n vs. Zapier vs. Make page - in the audit I recommend honestly what fits your case.

Clarify the bottleneck?

Four short steps, then an honest view on n8n consulting and implementation.
